FLYING WIRE TENSIOMETER

Our flying wire tensiometers are based on the Holloway Engineering idea and are intended to be gentle on aircraft wires during measurement.

They are designed to be used in conjunction with a standard dial or beam-type torque wrench to easily and accurately indicate the tension in your aircraft’s flying and tie wires. Made of hi-grade Stainless Steel.

Using the charts included, you can convert torque wrench readings directly to wire tension values.
